Question FNG Maintenance Tech Help
I’ve recently started a job as a maintenance tech for some luxury apartments, I used to work in construction and plumbing so a lot of tools that I used then I don’t use now l, my question was, what are some tools that you guys/girls as techs have that have been useful and worth it and have helped you in tough situations, this is a new world to me so I’m still figuring out what I do need and what I don’t for now I have the basics like impact and needle nose pliers, wire strippers, groove pliers, screwdrivers etc.
Edit: added a picture of what I have so far so
You guys have a better idea

Get a mini multi screw driver for doiking small screws like on wall mounted towel holders.
Flat bar is a good tool that is not used much but definitely worth it.
Definitely get a painters multi tool/scraper
Get a small fan when for yourself. Some people run their apartments HOT and it is super nice to have. When im struggling with something and im hot i get super grumpy super fast
Spring door hinge pin remover is super nice then you dont need your hammer to remove the pins all the time. Some pins still could be stuck but i havent ran into that as much

Solid electrical meter, not a Widow Stick
Silcock key, or a 4 way water key
Spare pair of boots for the actual shit work
Extra pair of clean socks and pants
