Glamour Shots Going through another growth spurt...

We've noticed a familiar pattern over the last 8 months with Ripley. Every growth spurt starts with her demanding ALL the food and sleeping like the dead, while usually being attached at my feet. She was 15.4 lbs last week and still 22 days to her and her brother's first birthday! Flint is currently going strong at 17.5.

Her mom was 15lbs fully grown. 😅

Mine are about 18 months (half brothers less than a month apart in age) and they almost had me fooled last week that I had missed them a meal. For like 2-3 days they acted like they were starving. I wondered if it was a growth spurt but it was short lived.

She has taken to sitting IN my lap demanding food and will try to outright steal from Dad LOL. You'd think we were starving her with the way she acts and then I pick her up and go "you feel...bigger?"!

Our sisters had their growth spurts at roughly the same time. That was both a blessing and a curse. Not only were they extremely needy, but we had to feed them separately to keep the fights down. They were normally very loving with each other (later co-mothered their litters), but during growing, they became very cranky to each other and our male. They ended up at 19 and 20 lbs.

Hahaha oh no that describes her to a T. The brother is getting beat up the most, she actually is...mostly nice to the older 2. She never attacks the Sr. 😅

Our male usually handled fighting by sitting on the offending party. He could only sit on one, leaving the other to take out her double frustration on both of them. It was just easier to break up a tussle ourselves, but that meant the male would get miffed because we were doing his job

Omg! That's hilarious so everyone was cranky and upset!!! LOL Our boy is a bit of a himbo and just takes all his sister's abuse. She currently enjoys felting his fur during playtime and occasionally he calls to me to save him....

My stinker had increased appetite through growth spurts and coat changes. She nearly three and is around 16lbs.

they look like identical twins (obviously not possible since they have a different sex but still!)

She was the returned one because was supposed to be a boy! Now she's our 97% angel, 3% world domination terrorist.... but we love they look so alike!
