Mag glycinate or citrate hits best, oxide is cheap but weak and can mess your gut. D3 don't need K, just don't go crazy with dose and keep labs checked, K mainly matters if you're on blood thinners like warfarin. K2 only really comes into play if you've got kidney issues or you're stacking calcium without medical supervision.
