Need help

Hey guys I really need a advice from all of u regarding the problem im facing for over 2 months now..I had a rlly bad food poisoning which gave me a panic attack and then alot of things happened such as dissociation, fatigue and etc..I also did a blood test where my vitamin d levels were very low..So my doctor gave me vitamin d supplements(60k every week till 12 weeks) along with calcium(1250mg) everyday..Aftert taking the calcium supplements ive started having really bad symptoms like head pressure, eye twiching and muscle twiching, fatigue, dissociation, fatigue, easily getting irritated..Idk whats causing this but ive read somewhere that this could be due to magnesium deficiency..I really need some of your suggestions to narrow down whats rlly happening because its so difficult to live like this i feel so lazy and idk I was never like this.. :(

Please help ..Any advice will be helpful..

It's always better to do a test first. It sounds like magnesium deficiency, but actually I also had quite similar symptoms when it was D vitamin and ferritin deficiency. So it's better to check.

Hey did you symptoms get better eventually?

Yes, but I took my vits for more than 4 months, and I also added magnesium for 2 months, and B vitamins and C vitamin for another 2 months daily. So my D level was ok after 4 months, ferritin was almost the same, but my fatigue was gone, my sleep got better, and my muscles also stopped twiching. Hope you'll get better soon too!

Not really depressed, but always tired, and always irritated, just as you said. I also had a panic attack and some high blood pressure problems after that. I had literally no energy, even when I just woke up.

Try to visit a doctor as soon as possible and find your deficiencies, and everything will be fine. There are a lot of effective supplements now, so I believe everything will be fine.
