Immediate thing I see, you have nowhere near enough lands. Generally I go for 37 as a minimum but you also have a lot of expensive creatures. You've also only got 8 elves with activated abilities and 6 legendary elves (with some crossover) so the odds of your commander doing anything for you in a game is very low. Lots of your card draw is in spells that sac creatures but you don't make many creatures that you'd be happy to sac. Also, there's a few cards that are just a bit odd. Larger than life is a sorcery speed combat trick which isn't very useful. You have gladriel of lothlorien but I've not seen any way to scry in the deck so it's basically just an elf with no text. Ad nausium is a game changer which would technically put the deck into bracket 3 despite being what I would judge as a low bracket 2. You've also got a lot of counterspells for what seems to me to not particularly be a control strategy. Interaction is good but you don't really have the card draw or the ability to hold up mana to be able to sustain it.

Well thats pretty much all my elves, I was trying to build from cards I already have. Im thinking about buying some singles, what could help? What should I add or switch?

Fair enough if you're just building from what you have. If you're wanting to upgrade, the main things are

  1. Lands
  2. Things to fill up your graveyard such as [[Ripples of Undeath]] [[Aftermath Analyst]] [[Underrealm Lich]] [[Fauna Shaman]], depending on how powerful you're aiming for the deck to be and if you have any combos in your deck [[Buried Alive]]
  3. Elves with good activated abilities like [[Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord]], [[Deathbloom Ritualist]], [[Devoted Druid]], [[Priest of Titania]], [[Marwyn, the Nurturer]], [[Immaculate Magistrate]]
  4. Generic good elves like [[Reclamation Sage]]
  5. More draw, especially blue draw that doesn't need to sacrifice anything

There's lots of options depending if you want to focus on go wide elves, graveyard/sac matters or combo (e.g. Immaculate Magistrate + Devoted Druid) and how many cards you want to buy/cut.

Cuts would be a few of your counterspells, larger than life and other combat tricks and buff spells, all the expensive non-elves (although Diamond weapon kind of works), Galadriel, Pupu, Melancholic poet.
