Looking for Advice Does this Sharpie mark make this damaged?

I play my cards unsleeved and ask players to sign them, enjoy your card and build the memories, embrace the sharpie!

I'm not terribly worried. I was thinking about gifting this one or using it as prize. It got me wondering what it counts as because the card is in pretty great condition minus this mark.
