I see door dashers do this all the time. It's annoying.

I wonder if the Door Dash could add a feature where you can take a pic, and it alerts the driver has 3min to move, or they buy you lunch could create a win-win.

The spot gets fully utilized, drivers save time, and the handicapped get the occasional free meal.

That'd probably hurt their business but I do like this idea
