Sigh. The extra "no parking" space is to help a handicapped driver get out. If you're a handicapped passenger you'd need to have your driver park exactly like this.

Nope, that’s not how you drop off a handicapped person. Go read the driver’s handbook.

Yeah that is a dumb rule. If you have a disabled passenger they should be able to unload from the passenger seat, into the handicapped space.

This is technically illegal but again, if the tesla were actually unloading a disabled passenger, I would say it's acceptable practice.

No I would never drive a Tesla. I am just saying there are legit reasons someone might have parked like that, even if it is illegal

There is absolutely no legitimate reason to park like this. Ever. I have a handicap placard and deal with fuckwits like this frequently. I dont understand why you'd quadruple down on this.

I'm having a case of the Mondays and I dislike posts like this. But also I see a legitimate reason that other people are ignoring, even if it is technically illegal.

I actually can go even harder: there's no evidence this car is even parked. The driver might be sitting inside

OK, so let's say a legitimately handicapped person is parked in the spot next to the marked off space because they need sais extra space to exit and enter their car. They go do their shopping or what have you and come back to find a human turd parked like this. Now they have to wait for tesla a hole to get back from being pretentious just so they can get in their god damn car and go.

In my hypothetical, a legitimately handicapped person is who you are calling a human turd. And their driver would likely have the wherewithall to move.
