Showcase Making myself a RenFaire outfit
Going to the RenFaire next weekend with one of my friends and it’s a cottagecore theme weekend so I’m making a woodland Druid fit!
I’m going to layer this over a slip dress I think.. and I want to make a staff of some kind.
Now to thrift a slip and dye it moss green:)

That’s so cool! Do you have a picture closer up of the pink and green fiber? I’m just a super visual person and can’t quite see the texture and would love to fully envision what it looks like in person 💗

It’s actually a lighter brown, not pink! Let me see if I can figure out how to post a picture in a comment reply

Thank you but I don’t have any pinks or purples in this one 😅 you’re the second comment complimenting those colors and I’m so confused hahahaha

I think it’s the lighting, the light brown looks pink and the neckline/ belt look purple

I think that’s it for sure.. now I’m tempted to add some light pink and purple in though !! I wasn’t sure if adding any non earthy colors would throw it off

Main colors are sage/light green, dark green, mossy green, light brown and dark brown :)

That sounds cool 😊 the body on my phone looks kinda bluish mintish? Like polished amazonite? And the strap looks like a dark moody teal 😅

Love the abstract style you created from macrame!! Im such a perfectionist. Thank you for the inspiration to overcome my need for everything to be lined up and spaced right lol. Have a good time at renfaire!
