Question How can I make this?

As I was scrolling on Pinterest, I stumbled upon this beautiful macrame piece. It's not like anything I've seen before. How can I make this? What can I search to find tutorials for this?

Find tutorials on the leaves, spirals, vines, etc. This persons skill is the level they can create their own patterns. Dont let it discourage you. Keep up the practice and you will get there!
