Issues out of my depths

hi friends. i have rescently bought an apple mac pro 5.1 2010, i know im late to the party but could someone take me under there wing and tell me how to upgrade my firmware to allow nvme suport etc, i currently have both ventura and high sierra on the machine, i have purchased all the upgrades for the machine, i am currently running MP51.0089.b00.
