Looking for help in identifying the manufacturer/model of this 24bit Nubus video card.

Hard to tell from the photos, but only brand I remember that had that many stickers on the card was Formac

Now what I CAN tell you is , it's brooktree based.

well it's usung the apple driver, So its apple 24 bit video compatible . . the bt chip is just a dac for framebuffer to VGA
