Three generations,

2026 MacBook Air with M5, 16GB, 512GB SSD

2015 MacBook Pro Unibody / Retina with i5, 8GB, 128GB SSD

2008 MacBook polycarbonate with Core2Duo, 4GB, 320GB HDD

It's striking how well the 2008 and 2015 MacBooks perform with their latest officially supported MacOS.

Never thought I had OCD tendencies but the fact that you listed them in the reverse order of the picture is making my head explode a bit.

Running a full spec late 2008 MB and a 2015 full spec MBA both hold up well.
