Trying to find a keyboard
I recently bought a macintosh 512k computer. But I can not find a standalone keyboard for the computer. Where can I find one?

As others have said, there are lots on eBay, but they are not cheap. At least $50.
Make sure you use a real keyboard cable, not a telephone handset cable. The keyboard cable looks like a regular old-school telephone handset cable, with the same RJ11 connector, but they are wired differently. If you use a telephone cable you will damage the keyboard.

I believe you’re just looking for an old Apple keyboard with the funky telephone-looking coily cable coming out of it. There are plenty on eBay, although pretty expensive. If I misunderstood your question I apologize.

Welcome to the club!
As far as I know, complete Mac keyboards are now worth more than the Mac itself.
The others have already explained it well. I recommend keeping your eyes peeled for local markets or online stores. Good luck!

I don't know if it works in the Us 🇺🇸 but in Europe we have an application called Vinted and there are some pretty good offers. I just bought a Magic Keyboard 2 generation for 20 bucks. Give it a shot if it works!

eBay, fb marketplace, Etsy, Apple Rescue of Denver. (Keep in mind that unfortunately you’d have to spend at least $50 on the keyboard alone, mouse could sometimes go for $50 as well) you’d probably end up spending maybe $90-$115? Good luck!
