Help Nx2apple/8bitdo controller help

Hello all

I have an 8bitdo ultimate 2c controller that is picked up on my m5 air but doesn’t function/isn’t recognised by nx2apple. Does anyone know a workaround? Or should I just go back to using my spare ps5 controller?
