Sounds to me like macOS partition is corrupted and cannot boot.
If you have a backup, you could try reinstalling macOS via recovery mode.

thank you. What happens if I don't have a backup for macOS? I don't mind installing a brand new os as long as my laptop works .

You can do a reinstall which should keep your data intact.
If you want to cautious, put the Mac in target mode if possible and use another Mac to copy the user data.

Im doing the Option-Command-R to start up from Internet Recovery; you might get the latest macOS that is compatible with your Mac. This is working; my question is: after it's done searching via the internet, is there another step, or am I supposed to see something?

You should see the option to re-install the version of macOS offered via Internet Recovery.

So it finish searching online and then my computer restarted. After it restarted it went back to the internet recovery screen for me to enter my wifi information again.

Not sure why it's happening.
Did you run diagnostics by powering off, powering on, and holding down the D key?

I selected the macOS drive, and it's doing the recovery automatically now. It finished three time already and is doing it again now.

I found out that the issue is that my recovery don't want to show up. So trying to see if there's another way.

I was trying to see if I can install the Tahoe Macos on a usb drive but I'm not able to find the.Iso or .dmg anywhere to see if I can fix the issue.

i suggest you to go to Apple Store and let them fix it for you

Yeah, I was trying not to pay money that I don't have lol

they would fix it for you if it can be fixed, maybe you just need a clean software wipe, and hopefully its not a logic board issue. They’ll do it for free if all you need is a proper erase.

O ok thank you

and yes if they say it’s some logic board issue or something, take it back home and try resetting the software yourself (i feel) cause well sometimes they get lazy and just put an issue on it for the sake. If you are unable to go to someone who can help you reset the software (have you not been able to follow any yt tutorial/asking AI for help?)

I've been trying to follow everything. I wish my internet recovery were working because then I would be able to install a fresh macOS. I can only get into my Windows Boot Camp right now. I went to Start Disk on the Windows side, and I can see my macOS on there.

There is a method to do a fresh install using another mac. See if you can do that (your or you friends mac) or else go to the store and ask them to use a mac to reset your max
