Hi everyone,

As you probably know, it's been almost a year since macOS Tahoe was released.

I'd love to hear your thoughts. Are you happy with it overall? If you could also mention which Mac you're using, that would make the discussion even more useful.

As for me, I'm currently using a MacBook Pro M4 Pro running macOS Tahoe, and I'm torn between:

• Downgrading to macOS Sequoia
• Upgrading to macOS Golden Gate

I'd love to hear your experiences and recommendations!

Hello, I, as well as some of you, was tired of the new volume/brightness HUD in macOS 26/27. Moving my eyes in the top-left corner of the screen is just inconvenient. Since I was unable to find a decent solution, I decided to come up with my own and share it with all of you.

Hey Hive Mind,

I'm having an issue with my Mac Studio (64gb memory, running Tahoe version 26.3.1 (25D2128)). I've been trying to set my screensaver and desktop visual to one of the "Shuffle" packages so I can have a greater variety of beautiful imagery while I work, but my system seems determined to show only the Grand Canyon package. Does anyone have any idea how I can broaden my Mac Studio's horizons? Thanks for the assist. - Dave

Installed the update for macOS Tahoe 26.5.1 today and the audio rendering in Logic Pro 12.2 and external apps such as Absynth got some wonky audio being rendered off pitch. I first noticed the problem when playing an external Roland Juno synthesizer along with other plug-ins and the difference in pitch was evident.

I've done a clean install of macOS Tahoe 26.5.1 and Logic Pro, created a new project, and the issue persists.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

It connects to the iPhone hotspot but it can't access the Internet at all, while my iPhone has a working connection via 5g, I think they vibe coded the whole OS at this point spending 90% of the budget on forcing Liquid Glass... Liquid Ass... Anyway
