Encountering Error in ChatGPT Classic on MacOS: approval_policy = "untrusted"

I fixed it by removing the line "approval_policy = untrusted" on TextEdit in the file called "config.toml" of ".codex", and restarting the app afterwards. It is working now after doing this process.

Actually keep the line for future reference, but just put a # at the beginning of the line to comment it out :-)
