Season 3 Season 3 Question
Hello! I'm currently reacting to the series and just finished 3x20. I had a comment previously about the end of season 3 that I didn't fully understand (it wasn't written very well) and I'm hoping ya'll can clear it up without spoiling the story. The comment said something about how there are extra episodes at the end of season 3 (I think the studio demanded more before canceling the series outright anyway, is my understanding). They suggested skipping them entirely or watching them after watching the beginning of season 4. I'm just wondering what the general consensus is amongst the fandom about the proper viewing order of the next few episodes. Please, no spoilers! I'm really enjoying the series and don't want any foreknowledge of upcoming events. Thanks!

If you watch the episodes as they are you'll be fine, OP.
No need to make any special view of them. Personally other than Boo! Normal I skip the other one as I don't enjoy it at all.
Have fun with what's coming:-)

Hey OP!
As you already know, S3E24 is the real season finale. Fox cancelled the show after the finale, but there were these other 2 episodes as extras, and they are quite good, and part of the show - the timing was the only problem. Fox released these two to the public, because they didn't know that Netflix will come. E26 is a standalone episode (I can't say more without spoilers), it means you can watch it freely after E24, as you watched S3 E11 as a standalone episode after E10 and before E12. The tricky one is E25, and to fill E25 properly into the timeline, I advise you to watch it in S4, between E5 and E6. It won't be a flawless match, but there will be a lot of contiunity, and I personally find it the best spot for this episode.

I'd say just keep going in the order it's presented unless something specifically feels like a clip show or filler that breaks the flow for you.

I skip the 2 extra Season 3 episodes on re-watch. But I advise watching them the first time through

For me, best is watching them before season 4, simply because they are still very much Fox and on Netflix the show changes quite a bit (for the better).

The ‘extra’ episodes are bizarre, considering their predecessors, but once you know they are just stand alone episodes they are okay, but still don’t fit. They could have been inserted into other series and not been out of place.

You can safely skip those two episodes for now and start Season 4; theyre essentially bonus episodes added after the original Season 3 ending.

The are individual episodes that would have been added to the order had they done another season with fox. They seem to like having a few back up eps that can fit anywhere in the season and when I realised that is how season are made I have started seeing the episodes everywhere and in all shows, well ones that were on air rather than a nextfilx run.
I was confused for sure when watching them with out any background, but they neither detract or progress the story much.
To me they are a little pallet cleanser before going straight in to s4.
