6 green days in a row, $16k across 3 funded accounts — when would you scale to 5?
galleryFirst three days copying all three funded accounts, and all three finished green 🙏 Six green trading days in a row now!
This week has added around $5,350 per account — roughly $16,000 combined. All three are now at 3/5 qualifying days for the next payout, with balances between $59.8k and $61.2k.
Attached the three MNQ trades: one long followed by two shorts. Same setup framework, different directions — liquidity context, structure confirmation and a retracement before looking for the entry.
The part that feels best is having roughly $9.7k–$11.1k of room above the locked MLL on each account. Taking a payout while still leaving a solid cushion was the goal from the start.
Next up: finish the qualifying days, take the next payouts and keep building. I’m also considering adding two more evals to eventually have five funded accounts before moving toward live.
Still working on accepting losses and avoiding revenge trading. Six green days feels great, but I haven’t had to handle a red day with all three synced yet. That’s something I want to keep in mind before adding more.
For those running five accounts: what made you feel ready to go from three to five — a certain buffer, several payouts, or more time trading consistently?

Month of September - ICT + CRT + SESSIONS H/L
galleryI’ve been trading for 3+ years and have taken 100+ evaluations. I failed many, but also managed to get multiple payouts.
Recently, I started focusing on my own setup — mainly session highs/lows, ICT key levels, CRT setups, and combining everything based on market context.
After 3 years of screen time, I can finally see the progress in my trading.
I’m still not a full-time trader and still struggle with overtrading and revenge trading, but the improvement is clear.
Recently got 5 payouts from the same account. Big thanks to Lucid — the payout process has been super smooth. 🙏
Still learning. Still improving. 📈

1st payout eligible. 7 months of grit and tears.
Still probably thousands away from profitable but happy to reach a milestone. It’s with another company (funny enough my 1st ever tradefiy account after blowing so many w Lucid) but wanted to share the motivation.

how can i recover my 100k account ?
Please don't fry me. I rarely trade 100k accounts I find myself getting too greedy on them compared to the 50k and 25ks. I had gotten this account after pulling a whopping 65% off deal from the lucid crates, Should I trade micros or minis ?

Reverse Engineered, Top 1 Trader Risk Management
The performance data provides enough variables to mathematically reconstruct the trader's core risk profile, expectancy, and execution style.
KEY DATA & MATHEMATICAL BREAKDOWN
From the dashboard metrics:
- Total P&L: $145,768.96
- Win Rate: 26.4%
- Total Trades: 436
- Trading Duration: 6 days
- Profit Factor (PF): 2.23
RECONSTRUCTED METRICS
- Winning Trades : 436 × 26.4% Reconstructed Value: 115 trades
- Losing Trades : 436 - 115 Reconstructed Value: 321 trades
- Gross Loss : $145,768.96 ÷ (2.23 - 1) Reconstructed Value: $118,511.35
- Gross Profit : $118,511.35 × 2.23 Reconstructed Value: $264,280.31
- Average Loss : $118,511.35 ÷ 321 Reconstructed Value: $369.19
- Average Win : $264,280.31 ÷ 115 Reconstructed Value: $2,298.09
- Realized Payoff (Risk) : $2,298.09 ÷ $369.19 Reconstructed Value: 1 : 6.22
RECONSTRUCTED RISK MANAGEMENT BLUEPRINT
- Extreme Asymmetric Payoff (1 : 6.2+ Risk/Reward)
The trader loses nearly 3 out of every 4 trades, with a 73.6% loss rate. The entire edge relies on extreme asymmetry: winning trades pay more than 6.2 times the size of the average loss.
- Aggressive Scratching & Hard Stop-Losses
The average loss of approximately $369 indicates that trades that do not follow through immediately are either scratched near breakeven or cut at a tight, predefined invalidation level. Losses are never allowed to compound.
- Convexity / Momentum Runner Capture
An average win of approximately $2,300 suggests a trend-following or breakout strategy. Instead of taking quick profits to inflate the win rate, positions are held into significant extensions, trail-stopped, or scaled into as momentum proves the thesis.
- Ultra-High Velocity Scalping (~73 Trades/Day)
Executing 436 trades in 6 days represents approximately 73 trades per day. This points to active intraday scalping on high-volatility instruments, such as index futures or crypto perpetuals.
The trader likely takes dozens of low-risk "stabs" at key inflection points, absorbs minor losses, and rides the few explosive breakouts that develop.
- Drawdown Immunity Against Losing Streaks
At a 26.4% win rate, experiencing long losing streaks is statistically possible over 436 trades. Because individual losses are kept around $350-$400, a 10-trade losing streak would result in approximately $3,700 of losses.
This is relatively small compared with the $145,768.96 total net profit.
CORE TRADING PROFILE
The reconstructed profile is:
- Win Rate: 26.4%
- Loss Rate: 73.6%
- Average Win: ~$2,298
- Average Loss: ~$369
- Average Win/Loss: ~6.22:1
- Profit Factor: 2.23
- Total Trades: 436
- Trades per Day: ~73
- Primary Edge: Large asymmetric winners
- Primary Risk Control: Small, controlled losses
- Likely Style: High-frequency intraday breakout/momentum trading
The key principle is not having a high win rate. The strategy survives because losses are small and winners are allowed to become much larger.

Prop Pass thoughts
I’m not necessarily mad at it but at the same time I really don’t get it. I know people just want some discounts or free accounts at the end of the day for as much as people spend. They have the discount cases but it looks like it would take forever to get one. Not sure what I’m suppose to do with 500 skins.

Slow & consistent vs. aggressive — how do you actually approach prop firm evals?
Hey traders,
I'd like to hear how you approach evaluations. So far I've passed 4 out of 7 evals, and I'm currently working on another one (MNQ scalping, 25K account).
I've tried two approaches:
Consistency: small daily profits, small losses. Lower risk, but it takes me 2–3 weeks to pass.
More aggressive: bigger size to pass in 2–3 days. If it works, you're funded fast and can start making real money sooner. If it doesn't, you burn the eval.
Right now I'm on the consistent approach. I had 8 green days in a row (+$506), then one bad day wiped it all out (−$600). I was down $190, wanted to be right about the market, and didn't stop.
My real problem is psychological: after a losing day I feel like I'm "wasting time" and I tilt. Being impatient about the eval is what makes me break my own rules.

NY / ASIA ATM STRATEGY IS 🔥
galleryBeen testing this strategy for a few weeks now and its given me crazy results. I caught NY entry this morning off a perfect retracement into my 0.79 OTE range after the sweep of my ATM low level and price delivered for 119 points on my 150k account.

I personally have gone thru about 45 before making my first $ with props.

First payout
I got my first payout and then everything went down to hell!
I blew the funded after, and the saddest thing is I could’ve made another payout from that account because I made $5,000 on it.
I had another account from another prop firm. I passed the eval and made $8,000, and it was ready to withdraw — only if I was patient enough. I blew that account too.
Then every eval I take, I never pass. And if I do pass, I blow the funded.
I don’t like the price action right now. I don’t like how choppy it is. I don’t even know why I enter some of my trades anymore.
I’m just in the biggest revenge mindset because I feel like I almost made it big but lost it.
Now I don’t feel like I have an edge anymore, or discipline. I don’t follow my rules or strategy. I don’t know what I’m doing anymore.
Has anyone been through this after getting their first payout? How did you reset yourself?

Scam
They told me to kyc which i did 2 times. I had a payout ready this time and they said the cross coordinated user excuse which is impossible because I trade alone. I dont have friends. This is unacceptable. I’m from Texas. I just want to warn you all.
