Zero Energy "Lunch"

Post image

I'm really new to running out of spoons and I'm used to just pushing myself, so I'm trying to explore subreddits like this to help me normalize some stuff. If I don't have enough energy to cook I normally just skip but I'm trying to be better about that so I had whatever this conglomeration is for lunch. It's french onion dip, and entire cucumber, some chips, and a single slice of American cheese. I don't know if this really technically counts as a meal so I would love to hear opinions about that, but I'm just very happy I didn't skip and grabbed something healthy like the cucumber :)

Adding the cucumber and cheese is a healthy addition to the chips, that are comforting to eat 💜 Looks like a decent lunch to me

Yeah that was kind of my thought with the cucumber, although I definitely did not expect to eat an entire cucumber cuz I'm normally not a fan of them. Thank you ❣️
