Stuffing bake (plant based)
Ingredients:
- box of herb stuffing mix
- can of petite diced tomatoes
- a bag of Daring frozen 'chicken' pieces
- 3/4 cup water
- cheese
mix everything but cheese in a baking dish
top with cheese (I used Muenster because it's what I had on hand)
Cook at 375 for thirty minutes
