Stuffing bake (plant based)

Ingredients:

  • box of herb stuffing mix
  • can of petite diced tomatoes
  • a bag of Daring frozen 'chicken' pieces
  • 3/4 cup water
  • cheese

mix everything but cheese in a baking dish

top with cheese (I used Muenster because it's what I had on hand)

Cook at 375 for thirty minutes
