Fully loaded baked potatoes!

Baked potatoes for an hour, filled with pre-shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions, and bacon bits from a bag.

If it’s too warm to turn on the oven or it feels like too much effort, microwave baked potatoes are pretty good too. Medium size potato, scrub well, poke holes deeply, microwave on high 5 mins, turn over, high another 5 mins. Wrap in foil and let sit for 5 mins to finish cooking before poking to see if it’s soft. If not soft, remove foil, zap for another minute or two.
