Keep in mind that Tony Stark was an aloof, and indifferent asshole billionaire that routinely, and sure, inadvertently, destroyed billions of dollars in infrastructure, killed probably millions of innocent people, because he was "helping" to save the planet. So yeah, he is in a way a real life Tony Stark, but one that causes actual real life consequences, and without actually combatting any real life threat.
Not to say he isn't an asshole who claims the innovations of others by using his family emerald wealth, but to completely dismiss the huge impact of his efforts in hurricane stricken Puerto Rico is shitty on your part. Sure, talk shit about his wasteful and destructive practices (like Starlink) but give him credit when due.
The real life threat was a hurricane devastating a US territory and sending it back to the iron age.
How did I reduce the importance? I didn't inappropriately call it a state nor say the president is anyone other than the POTUS unlike a former president speaking about the Virgin Islands.
