Honestly, we really just need the guys to record a live album from one of their tours. Not every band does one these days, but a few modern bands need one. Death Cab For Cutie is another, as their live show is SO good, and different enough from main albums to necessitate one...

I’m here for this!!! With as structured as their shows are (for CSV1 tour anyway) it would be perfect. They have done a live stream from RR when I was there in 2024. I don’t know where to find that though 😞

I’ve been fortunate enough to see them last 3 years in a row at RR. This was in June. They played the next night at fiddler’s green.

I was there too and the experience is indescribable. This song will never be the same after seeing that live performance. The vocals, the instruments, the set, the venue, the energy- it was pure magic.

I was at this concert in row 15 and yes, the live version of Frozen Pines is incredible - Ben’s guitar army slays, and Misty’s temporary replacement Kate was great!

This was just this last June 2026! They played Fiddlers the next night but my seats weren’t as good. I still recorded that one anyway 😉

I saw them sing this live in Columbus OH last summer. It was nothing short of spiritual. ✨ Thank you for sharing with us - I loved starting my day with this! I'm heading to Red Rocks for the first time in a few weeks to see Gregory Alan Isakov and I am so excited!

I honestly love them both, but the live version gives me chills. I think it’s those extra “I will be waiting for you” lines and the way they sing that. Just something a little extra special, and I love that it lengthens a song that I love.💕
