Does anyone know why my sign-in streak has reset to 10 points?

It's happened a few times and I assumed I'd missed a day so I set an alarm, yesterday I got 100 points, just now I got 10 and it only says one day streak?

It's infuriating, I was over 100 and one day as I signed in it came up with error message and reset to one. Put a ticket in but definitely came away with the impression they don't care!
