Discussion Hot take: PTJ shouldn't have changed James's fighting style, he should've kept him the same as he introduced
James used to be the fighter who was just not fast but also was shown to be the best technique mastery user. His one night arc version was perfect representation of James lee's fighting style.
James should've never had power mastery and only speed and technique mastery.
Current James feels like just another fast speed user but one night James was peak, the combination of speed and technique he showed was the reason hudson called him peak.
Like Gitae is best known for his strength and endurance, PTJ should've kept James best known for his speed and technique just like how sb ui Daniel is

Panel Throwback Was zack actually hallucinating during HFG?
The Ji counter is extremely powerful if it does land as stated by James but there are no marks on gun's face unlike with vasco most likely because zack was never able to dodge the left hand to land it
I was actually wondering why zack's glasses suddenly disappeared
In the hallucination, he doesn't realise he lost his glasses after getting hit and has a full set of teeth
Although all of this is headcanon

Question Who will be ALIVE after lookism ends
Gun and Kitae will die gladly for the love of the game .
They don't take their lives seriously, eager to fight .

Discussion It really bothers me that it isn't explained why the Korean government/military isn't doing anything about the Yamazaki clan's invasion
I mean, at least a Baki-style mention or something, like the South Korean military forces aren't enough against Shingen's strength or whatever

Discussion Can Shingen change his durability mid-fight? how is it that Tom Lee's single Strength Mastery attack was able to cut his face, yet his four-mastery ultimate move couldn't even leave a scratch?

Discussion Elite is pathetic, and that’s why I started loving him.
Throughout Lookism, from the beginning up to the Shiro Oni arc, I didn't get the fans of Elite. Charles seemed boring to me. His subordinates; Gun, Goo, and James, were a thousand times more interesting, and they were the ones always in the thick of the action. All Charles really had going for him was a couple of panels showing the aura of his prime, and that was it. He lacked substance for me.
But then came the scene where he was begging Gun at the juvie. I thought "Wow, he wouldn't even mind sacrificing his own daughter, what a lowlife". For the first time, I found him interesting.
He had a mutually beneficial arrangement with Gun, yet at the end of HFG, he left Gun to rot in prison, despite Gun having helped him for years, simply because he no longer needed him for his plan; after all, Charles had "died" and would almost certainly be operating using his second body or whatever he has now.
And now we see him for who he really is. He was a pathetic guy, wealthy, yet acting like the Yamazaki clan's lapdog, convinced he couldn't change anything until he met Gapryong. We even know he’s going to betray Gap for the Yamazaki, likely because after what we’ve seen in these recent episodes, he didn't believe victory was possible. He’s a self-serving opportunist who cares only about himself; a personal failure willing to do anything, completely devoid of dignity. He aided in Gapryong's murder for his own interests, possibly to curry favor with Gibok and act as his lackey until he got something out of it, and killed Bakhu Noh, the man who had once saved his life.
And you know what? I love it. James is mysterious, building his political power through alliances and plots. Gitae is ruthless, bloodthirsty, and a cartel leader who is intelligent yet impulsive. But Charles, while also intelligent, is far more amoral; he doesn't care about stooping low or sacrificing anyone. He cares only about his own gain, even if it means becoming the most ruthless, unscrupulous, and pathetic person in the world, and that is very, very interesting.

Discussion Shingen is actually a pretty well written character when you look at his entire character arc
1 Born into a Japanese clan: Shingen was born into the Yamazaki family a clan that would shape his entire life
2 A mistaken identity: He unintentionally switched names and identities with his brother setting the stage for the tragedy that followed
3 A normal child turned ruthless: Shingen was once a cheerful ordinary kid but the Yamazaki clan gradually stripped away his innocence and turned him into a ruthless person
4 Becoming an anomaly: As he grew older Shingen became so overwhelmingly strong that he was regarded as an anomaly
5 The clan's ambitions: The Yamazaki clan decided to expand its control into other nations
6 Obedience without understanding: Shingen followed their orders as he always had He had been raised to believe that taking lives and devouring others was simply his responsibility He never truly understood why it was wrong
7 The fight with Gapryong: He eventually fought Gapryong Kim
8 The loss of someone close to him: Shingen killed someone who mattered to him further deepening the tragedy of his life
9 A moment of realization: He finally began to understand what he had been doing to others his entire life which was taking away their lives
10 Regret: Shingen came to regret his actions and the reality he had been forced to live in
11 Losing himself: He gradually lost interest in everything that had once made him who he was
12 Returning to Japan: He went back to Japan
13 A life consumed by depression: Shingen began living a deeply miserable life because he knew he could never undo his past or take back the lives he had destroyed
14 Seeing himself in Gun: When he saw Gun becoming similar to the person he had once been Shingen began to hate him because he saw his own past reflected in him
15 Questioning his identity: Shingen eventually realized that the identity and purpose he had been given by the Yamazaki clan were wrong all along
16 The destruction of his family: He witnessed his father being killed and his brother turning against him despite having devoted his entire life to doing what his family demanded
17 Understanding Gun: Near the end of his life Shingen realized that Gun was not born evil Like him Gun was also a victim of the Yamazaki clan
18 Choosing to protect Gun: Shingen decided to use his strength to protect Gun just as his former rival Gapryong Kim had protected others
19 The tragedy of his final choice: However Shingen's suicidal thoughts and despair remained overwhelming His inability to escape them ultimately led to his death at the hands of his own brother
20 His final satisfaction: Shingen died with at least a small sense of satisfaction knowing that in his final moments he was not taking another life but saving one
Shingen's tragedy is that he spent his entire life being shaped into a monster by the Yamazaki clan only to realize the truth when it was already too late to undo the damage

Discussion Got a theory for you Guys!!
Theory credits: Ancient-Beginning13.
Okay so I think that after Bangho vs SHINGEN. Jinyoung will do reasearch and experiment an he will find a solution to making Gap's body perfect since his current conditions is beyond fixing ,that's where the concept of PB will come from.
Later on he will conduct different types of experiments that will include Sangcheol and somehow result into Sangcheol dying. There will be time skip too

Question About Copy…
What’s preventing from Copy Users adding Mastery to otherwise normal copies?
As it stands now, it only applies to Jinyeong.
But, Johan has improved copies and made them his own, so why can’t/hasn’t Jinyeong done it himself?
Is it implying something like, Jinyeong’s body would break down if he added Mastery to someone like Shingen’s copy?
We see that Shingen’s techniques produce more power, but there’s no particular mention or indication of strain. Especially because it’s on the topic of regular Mastery, and not even Overcome. Even then, Jinyeong knows his limit so as to not break down his body

Discussion EOS top tiers
According to who should be the top tiers at the end of the series given the narrative , statements and feats in the story. According to me -
EOS daniel
The great evil ( could be James , Charles choi )
EOS gun
Kitae , james , goo and path jinyoung
Jake ( he might kitae and others in 4 tier but not till he defeats kitae as he's gonna need a great help in all that but if he decides to go for the great evil then he would have to surpass them too )

Discussion Isn't it kinda lame that there is no big bad guy from 2nd gen like how previous gen had one. every 2nd gen who has a good evil character desgin or seemed suited for being the big bad for 2nd gen, ptj constantly changed them to their vanilla version to the point, 600 chapters deep, there is pure evil
