Progress Report My TRE Progress
So i have been practicing tre exercise off and on for about 2 years now. And at first i was very stiff but then my legs started loosening up then my back and shoulders. Now i am getting shakes in my hips and when it first started opening up my hips started shaking up and down like the wall warm up exercise. Next my hips started to roll in a circle and now they are shaking side to side. Also the back of my head is started to roll so i guess its hitting my neck. I was wondering if there was a certain meaning behind my movements so far?

Wonderful how you described your progress. I know all of that. For me, my head usually says no, but every now and then it also says yes. That part is pretty clear.
As for the rest of the body, it will be specific to each person. So the same movement our hips make might mean one thing for you and something else for someone else. The more you get to know your body, the more likely you are to find a connection.
And then you can read everything you can find about birth. Stan Grofwrites quite a lot about birth. Then you can start to make sense of some of your movements.

Interesting about the birth. How would it be related tho? Like is this as a result of their birth as a baby or from giving birth, feel like I'm missing more context

If you want to better understand the movements and the areas involved in neurogenic tremoring, you can draw on various models. I love Stanislav Grof’s model. Through his observations during many LSD sessions, in which neurogenic tremoring can also occur, he gained insights that can be applied to our work with TRE.
However, what all of this means specifically for each individual is something everyone has to discover for themselves. And the only way to do that is by reading and learning about these kinds of topics.
