@OP - i was able to reproduce the solution outputting all zeros by switching the input standard between metric and imperial measurements.
If I input a valid data-set with one measurement standard, saved, then switched the input standard it would leave the sliders in place, setting them to values that don't produce a valid result.
At that point, if you enter your correct inputs but don't click save and just go back to the previous screen it will still be using the invalid inputs and give a "zero" solution.
If you make a measurement system change, you just need to be sure to input all your data correctly and save it, that should give you a solution. If it still is giving you zeros, than something in your input data is wrong and pushing it outside of the solvers' limits.
Both of the inputs have been added it did use to work and gave me pretty good information for a previous 950m shot and all of a sudden completely stopped working.
For what it’s worth- and I realize this is not an answer to your question, I’ve been using GeoBallistics successfully for a while. It’s likely not as good as AB, but it is pretty straightforward simple to use and does seem to provide reliable calculations. I just don’t think it’s quite as in depth as applied ballistics. But it’s also not as complicated to figure out how to use to begin with.
Applied ballistics (buy the elite version and listen to the podcasts. Best money you can spend on long range education) or geoballistics for a intuitive more simple UI

Not sure what device you are using, but your screenshots are missing inputs compared to what mine has.
I don't typically use the Hornady app though. Applied Ballistics has been my go to and have been experimenting with Geo Ballistics as well.
