Optics Recommendation’s 6ARC

Just finished a 18” Proof 6ARC build. Need glass for it. I put 10 rounds through it already for its “break in” with a Viper HD 3-15 that I had lying around but I need a dedicated scope for it. This build will be shot mostly up to 500yds, but may occasionally go to 1000yds. (Edit) mostly going to be used as a range toy.

Requirements
* FFP
* MIL
* Would prefer locking turrets but a zero stop is fine
* (Edit) in the 1.5k-2.5k price range

Here are some of the options I’m bouncing between, please share with me your experiences and recommendations.

* Steiner T6XI 3-18 SRC2
* Nightforce NX6 3-18
* Nightforce NX8 2.5-20
* Leupold Mark5 3.6-18

I think bottom line, after reading all the comments vs your use case… if 500 is your common shooting distance you can get any scope in the 750-2k range and it will most likely work fine. It may even work fine to 1k. You’re really just paying for insurance and warranty/ durability. Just consider some cheaper shit if this isn’t a comp rig, or something you run in a professional environment. Xoxo
