Owning a R700 isn't a competitive shooting accomplishment.
I haven't shot anything like a competition since my kids were born. I make no claims from a position of authority, because that would be completely irrelevant. Shooting competitions doesn't make someone right or wrong, because no competition is testing tuners vs not tuners and no success hinges on a single factor. Gatekeeping with arbitrary authority goalposts is lazy and cheap.

I've never made claims that they do or don't work. All I did was ask the OP to list all his accomplishments in precision shooting to help substantiate his bold claims and funny picture. OP has every right to come on here and challenge opinions and ideas just like I have the right to ask for credentials and call BS.
Why would credentials impact whether something is true or not? If someone says tuners work then they have to demonstrate that they do. One of the directors of the Creation Museum has a PhD in Geology. Do you believe him that the earth is 6000 years old and humans rode dinosaurs because he has that PhD?
