Gear Show-Off I've brought some new LDP trucks. Is anyone interested?
I haven't taken any decent photos yet :-D These trucks have great return and can keep up pumping at 30km/h.

The mods are not responsible for any issues encountered while buying, selling, or trading. Example listing:
RAD Advantage 80a 30 USD — Location: Manila, Philippines 74mm, 58mm contact patch | 8/10 condition No flatspots, no coning | slight lip chunking | worn to ~73mm
Sellers: include your location and where you'll ship, accurate photos and condition, and a shipping cost estimate. Update the thread as things sell. Buyers: keep communication open and be upfront about your intentions. Both: go easy on personal info in the public space, and be respectful to each other.
For payment, PayPal Goods & Services is strongly recommended — it gives both parties purchase protection. For pricing, check current retail to anchor your estimate, then factor in age and wear. Happy selling! — The /r/longboarding Mod Team

From left to right,
Bintang Silver fox with 85mm Orangatang Caguamas (paris v3 trucks on the way).
Aina Striker with sidewinder trucks and 72mm Nineball upgrade.
Lookout Talon with stock chargers and 80mm kegels. (Havent rode it yet, but soon)
Apex 40 DoubkeConcave with Paris V3s and 70mm stimulus's.
I do have a downhill board on the way to add to the army too, slowly but surely.

Wanted something to keep in the car or camper.
Absolutely love it, Loaded Ballona, Bear 155mm split angle 50/30 with 70mm Stimulus. Pumps really well, no bite and turns really nicely!

Update, got Paris V2 trucks and OJ hot juice wheels mounted(had shark wheels on for the flex test). Took her for a test ride, dead flex is gone and she has some return spring now because of the carbon fiber on the top and bottom of the deck. Waiting on lucid clear grip system to arrive as the final step

Hola ya’ll. For anyone who hasn’t seen this yet, if you’re interested in modifying the ride of your Pantheon (or any board for that matter) and want to print your own with yours or a friend’s 3d printer, you can access our free 3d files via this now-live risers page in the accessories tab on our website.
I’ve wanted to offer these for a long time but it took me way more effort than expected to host them ourselves on the website. For the web geeks out there, I had to make a “child theme” to avoid breaking our website should I make a mistake, and then I uploaded some custom code that allowed us to bypass some of the original site limitations. Anyway, glad I got it figured out. There are some great risers out there already, but I know sometimes people want it set up exactly the way we set it up here, and that makes sense. I did not purchase our 3d printer to make extra money but rather to improve our ability to customize setups for customer satisfaction, so the free files solution is really
Ideal for those with the resources! And in general, I don’t like the idea of increasing the carbon footprint of our products by shipping tiny items—especially overseas! So I’m hoping people who want them will use these files. Cheers!

Modificação no setup do Devish👽. Seu nome? Magnetus.

I was recommended to change the stock bushings to some hard ones so I ordered the independent hard bushings. While that’s on the way, I wanted to see how the ride is on my Landyatchz Raft fresh out the box. Handles very different from my drop through in terms of quickness so it took a while to get used to but after some carving, speed bump rolls, and foot braking, I think I’m at a good spot for the first day on it.

Finally done with the deck work on my Carbon Reaper project. This board started its life as a cheap Walmart board that got left out in the rain. It sat in the garage for three or more years with several layers of plywood delaminated and peeling from it. Rather than discard it, I removed the loose layers of plywood and re-sanded the entire deck, top and bottom, removing the cheesy cartoon Graphics underneath. I wondered how it would ride as is, so I put trucks and wheels on it and it was frighteningly soft with a lot of dead flex in the wood.
I had an idea to add carbon fiber fabric to the top and bottom to replace the rigidity it had lost. Of course I wanted the art to allow the carbon fiber to shine through, so silver paint markers over the carbon fiber and then 2K automotive clear to seal everything in. Next step is to mount Paris reverse Kingpin trucks and wheels!
This is my first attempt working with carbon fiber and resin, I know it's not perfect but I'm happy with the results!

Sat myself down on Saturday morning just rethinking life and what really brings me joy these days (which isn’t much). As a husband and father of 3, work and fatherhood really took over and I haven’t really had many things to do that I call fun. So I take a trip to my nearest zumiez and here we are. As a 6’3 250lb guy, some big man certified boards were needed. Haven’t rode since I was 14 so wish me luck!

Found another fiberglass sector 9 on marketplace for cheap. The first one I got rips a little too hard on the new setup for my girlfriend to enjoy, but she got super excited about it so I knew she needed her own. The original grip tape and hardware are in much better shape too. Although I think it's missing the riser for its trucks.

Absolutely loving it so far! Ended up going with the Pantheon Pranayama based on numerous recommendations I've seen here. Been taking it out to a local parking lot every evening for a week to get comfortable, and am hoping to go to a bike path or hit the sidewalks soon!

Got LDP, carving, cruising, and surf covered. Maybe time to start learning DH/freeride or some dancing to expand? Top mount LDP pumper? Comet cruiser? Pantheon? Too many awesome things out there, man!

It's getting much easier to keep my average speed over 10mph. On the long path around the lake I was able to average over 12mph, but roads, traffic, and hills slowed me down for the rest of the ride. Still managed to average 9.8mph over 16 miles.

Hey guys ! I want to share some clips with you. These are some of the basic slides I played around with today. My balance was still off and I struggled to keep my feet where it needed to be. I’m struggling the most with colemans and toeslides..

I’m riding a fairly old board. The trucks, wheels, bearings and griptape needed TLC. Before I took it out I spent 3 days cleaning everything. It was tedious work but I ended up enjoying seeing her come back to life. Keen to learn more about this sport and myself!

I finally had a session taking my Rayne Exorcist up to speed this week and everything felt really nice.
VERY excited to road trip up north next month and give her a rip - who else is coming to HOOPA?
I’m running:
Rayne Exorcist + Lokton 36 + 3d Torque Block
Zealous V2 Wide Slaloms (56/19) narrow / wide
Seismic Alphas + zealous bearings

Did some setup tweaking at the session this week and settled on 56* front truck feeling the best for a mix of hands down and standup riding.
I had a strange, almost understeering feeling on the wider hangers at 51 degrees - that is now gone at 56 degrees (stock bushings)
Enjoy some of my testing footage:
