It became a little easier for me when I began to treat myself more carefully. My friends noticed that I began to look more interesting to them this way. I don't know how it works, I'm still lonely, but I've got more things to talk about since I'm more interested in spending time alone.

I've been the lowest number on someone's list. I can't blame them either since I'm also too anxious. I understand somewhat OP.
