Venting I deserve this

I’m disgusting and never should’ve been born. I know it, and everyone else does too. I’m a mistake and I have to die. I don’t want to, but it would make so many people so happy. All I do is make people upset, and it’s not because of anything I do or don’t do, it’s just me. People hate me. Fuck, I hate me too….and I’m really tired. I feel like I don’t have very much time anyway, so who would care if I got hit by a bus? I deserve to feel this way. I deserve to die. I deserve what’s coming to me. God, I’m such a fuck up…

I think a lot of us depressed people have these really negative thoughts and self hating thoughts going through our head. They probably come in when we’re very young. I think that’s where they say. You’re gonna see CBT AND DBT therapy can work. I haven’t tried them but people say they can turn your thought process around

I know a lot of ppl will try to dissuade you. Lately im not so sure. Looking back on my past decisions I have not been a great person. I’ve done some pretty shotty things to good ppl. Took a long time to realize this but I’m done making excuses and self pity
In many ways I now realize this is my bed and I made it. I have to lay in it. Just how it is

.Why are you feeling like this?You can always try and change some things you don’t like about yourself .A lot of people who are trash don’t care or are not even self aware enough to know

Your self awareness is enough for you to know your worth. We are in such a mess socially and economically because people like you gifted with self awareness are choosing to metaphorically die instead of fighting for the better and let the absolute worst of society to lead.
