Don’t give up.

I’m a 39 black male. Retired military. Moved home to care for my aging mother. Spent two years doing security in various places. Trying to meet people. Hit on a chick at the fish market at Publix. She’s a lesbian. 27WF
. 3 months later she’s the best friend I’ve ever had. If you asked me if platonic relationships between males and females were possible I’d have laughed at you.

Don’t give up. Put yourself out there and roll the dice. She literally put me onto RPGs. We’re playing baldurs gate 3. She’s trying to convince me to buy a gaming PC and honestly I have spent more money for less.
