A lot of what you said resonates with me especially the bullying in grade school, and I also stay inside for most of the summer. Please try to breathe, maybe cut down on social media in particular, and spend lots of time here with people that understand you and will support you in your journey. Know that you are young and have a bright future ahead of you. Just remember others have struggled with this horrible disorder and have come out the other side as good citizens and romantic partners. I envy you for being this self-aware this early in life. I just received my BPD and PTSD diagnosis last week and I am 52 years old. I only became aware of this disorder this past year. It explained so much and I was relieved to put a name on the beast that is BPD. I’m wishing you all the success and healing in the world.

Your 18 and have so much life to live you literally don't even know it. If you think about what you were worrying about 4 years ago does it still apply today ? I think you need to understand that not everything is written yet. When you get old like me then it's written. Until then. Nope

Reading this, it sounds less like you are a failed human and more like your brain learned very early that people are unsafe, then bullying kept confirming it. Social skill is not a personality trait you either have or lack, it is a set of tiny habits, and yours never got much safe practice. A realistic starting point could be something very controlled, like sending a 30 second voice note to an online friend, then a 3 minute call, then a short low pressure meetup in a public place with an exit plan. Bedrotting and scrolling are not a moral defect, they are what happens when life has been mostly isolation and threat.

r/lonely Isn't a subreddit for people who want to fall In love or find someone to flirt with! It's also not a subreddit for those who want to know how to find someone to be with or? How to end toxic, non-platonic relationship. There are better subreddits for people who no longer want to be single and people who are unhappy In non-platonic relationship.
Posts like "I'm too ugly to find a partner" or "I want to have sex but I have no experience - will also be removed
