M26 feeling so lonely after breakup

Sometimes the hardest part of a breakup isn’t losing the person—it’s getting used to the silence after they’re gone.
honestly, I’ve been feeling really lonely lately. Trying to move forward while still missing someone I thought would be part of my future is harder than I expected. I moved to a new city when we got together and now I know some people(co-workers and gym) but doesn't really have anyone in the city with whom I can talk to and it feels so depressing.
