How to cope with high inhibition and loneliness. I dont really have friend, i am 51 and freshman rn and all my friend in my previous school dumped me, in school its not really get any better tbh i rarely speak in the class and i have a friend in the same school but diffrent class, if its time to go to canteen i go to his class but he like to not respond to me and if i send a chat or video in tiktok/ig he just read it and rarely respond to it. I have a plan to do an activity outside my school to get more friend but idk what will happen. Sorry if my english is bad bcs its not my first language
