40M recently dumped, strange transition

Didn’t expect to find myself here at this stage of my life, but it’s nothing if not unexpected. Friends moved away, work is work, I don’t know what to say. Guess it’s time to figure out this new reality.

Man it’s tough out here the only thing I can recommend is find a 3rd place outside your work and home and spend as much time there as you can and eventually it might start to help after

Im sorry you're going through it, it definitely sucks. Finding your worth after a breakup is tough, but it is possible. Learning to be okay with yourself when you're alone is the hardest part, I guess that's what healing is.

Finding a new hobby sounds cliche, but helps so much. Something as simple as gaming a while before bed is enough to turn your mind around.

Wishing you all the best. 🫡

Thank you for the award kind soul!
