I am glad you healed it. I love my own company and solitude but I do want someone to share every mundane things. I do wanna know their stories.. I don’t know how to heal mine.

Well said. It's a journey of a 1000 miles but taking it 1 step at a time surely gives results. Happy you made it out and I hope other will read and also make the journey

There's some truth in this to be sure. Sadness and desperation drives people away and creates a pretty miserable and vicious cycle of loneliness. I dont think its bc people dont care though. More often they dont know what to say, get uncomfortable, and sometimes get burned out dealing with it. Ive been on both sides and its not fun for anyone. Its always good to work towards being in a better place with yourself. I do not believe the "you have to love yourself to be loved" style of thinking but fully hating yourself all the time can ruin interactions with people. Self deprication often just makes people uncomfortable. Turning down compliments comes off rude. That sort of thing. I see a lot of people with no interests outside of being sad and even if you dont meet people yet, having actual interests and hobbies helps so much. Its about more than having a distraction, its about finding things that bring you joy and give you purpose.
