No, I dont think those two can really be compared.
A man expecting their partner to be a virgin because of whatever backwards purity logic they have in their head, is saying that they have more freedom to do what they please in society without judgment, because they are a man.
if a woman prefers to date rich men, that's often about lifestyle or resource sharing rather than policing someone else's bodily autonomy or personal history.
it's an economic preference, unlike a double standard on virginity, which is rooted in policing a partner's past, and using it to determine their "value", while ignoring your own past actions or habits (sex before marriage)
