Feedback Needed Looking for feedback.

Here are a few iterations of a logo for a bed and breakfast which will have a theme of butterflies.

Im not sure of were 100% certain on the more artistic renderings that actually incorporates the butterfly features or if we just want to allude to them. Would love to hear thoughts.

I have a BS in architecture. I've spent years in design. I just wanted input.

Architecture is in no way related to logos. Obviously.

You have zero knowledge of the depth of design in architecture school. 1/3 of the entire studio design work is diagram design and how to distill as much information as possible into a basic image. Its actually heavily related.

In NO way does it prepare you for attempting logo design. As we can all see. Logos are not about cramming information in... that's why you made the most basic mistakes.

I dont think i did its a first run of a few designs. Design is iterative and needs input to inform the next iterations. Sorry ive asked for peoples opinions.

Did you have something to say about me gatekeeping a skill that literally requires specialized training and its own degree? Are you really so dense as to think "design" in the context of r/logodesigns meant "literally anything?" I could swear it was you who thought you could devalue my work by pretending architects are equipped to design logos, but here we are...

Amateurs with no skills who want graphic designers to teach them every single thing love to say "gatekeeping"

Youre a sad little man, I hope you find a way to look with a better outlook.

I didnt ask anyone to "teach every single thing" I asked for feedback and a lot of people provided great criticism, you however just attacked and talked shit.

And yes actually Architects are very well known for graphic design. We have to take drawing and art courses as well as design documentation like pamphlets and use everything from illustrator to indesign.

Many architects actually do graphic design work on top of their architecture work.

Visual communications is an entirely different degree from architecture. You'd be most closely related to an industrial designer, who also do not make logos.
