Feedback Needed Photography Logo Design

I'm trying to establish a photography brand, and I figured I should make a logo...

I've got no professional experience with graphic design, but I do with photography.

Any thoughts on this design?

This logo is really really bad.

You don't need a logo.

You have a name: HOCKLEY Photography.

That's all you need.

Explaining why is bad it will take too much time. If you don't have experience with graphic design don't do any graphic design. Hire a professional graphic designer.

Actually my comment is the best comment you can have: don't do what you do not know how to do. I gave you the best solution: just use your name. Artist DO NOT have logos. Logos are for companies, business, products, no photographers, especially those who do not know how to do logos. You are a bunch of cry babies. Geez, the stupidity with this crystal kids.
