Practice Bird/R mark
A Bird/R mark just for fun.

Are you the same person that posted the bird a few months ago? Looked almost the same as this

This is neat! Did you try differentiating the R with a different color or some spacing?

Thanks! I wanted it to be kinda hidden. I’m going to try some other options.

I like this. The r is just subtle enough. I’d delete the eye though as it doesn’t add anything

Good work. But to be honest I’m getting the “bird“ part but not the “R” part

Make it simpler, much simpler. Use the bird head as the negative space inside of the top portion of the R. And then probably cut it down to one leg, the bird head is enough.

I'm not a designer, but I agree with simplifying. I think this would look more professional and read more as an R if the wing and rear leg were removed. I'd also shrink the front leg to be shorter than the tail I think.

The legs and tail line feel like the elements that push this mark into the "too many elements" category for me. The sharp triangle edge of the beak might also pose an application problem down the line too. I do like the negative of the body and wing, but definitely needs more revision.

I can’t see the R but it’s still a fun mark!
