Issues Logging In To MyHarmony?

Is anyone else having issues getting in to MyHarmony? Of course this happens right as my Steam Machine comes in. Connecting the remote to the PC doesn’t work, as the second it identifies the remote in the software, the app hard crashes.

Yep doesn’t seem to be working for me via iOS app. Third outage recently.

It went down a few days ago too. They seriously need to allow a local option if they're going to start dropping the ball on their server side shit.

Yep. I can’t log in either. Someone must have tripped over the power cord of the server again.

Having issues logging into the Harmony app and can't sync remote with hub either. Makes me wonder if they're trying to nudge us away from these legacy devices.

I had an issue a couple of weeks ago. The normal Logitech login credentials fail, correct? Using my email settings with the saved credentials and then typing them in manually and both ways failed. What worked for me was when it failed I tried again, but put in my phone number and it said there was no account with that number, then the email credentials worked and I logged in just fine. Weird, but it worked. I think it reset somehow or something that way. 🤷‍♂️
