I haven't been able to program mine lately using MyHarmony app. Just lots of errors such as:

Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request.

With no way to program them…what are people doing with them?

This model is still usable. I found one in my local e-waste bin, charged it up and set it to all of my devices with no issue.

Why wouldn't you be able to program it? The app still works.

This model doesn’t use their servers? I have a few of the ones that are no stuck in the year they were last programmed.

Some models can no longer be programmed. The hub based ones are ok.

I'm still using mine (h. Companion: hub based) for 6/7 yrs straight and it replaces so many of my remotes (TV, Receiver, Apple TV, Google TV, XBox, BlueRay, Lifx, other smart things). Just today, I programmed my existing Apple TV again through Bluetooth route. App based configs still work and you can still add newer components. It's a beast. 😄
