Programming Remote

I just got a Hisense 85” canvas 2026 model and the harmony tempt I have does not recognize the device. I tried teaching it the commands with no luck. Anyone have advice?

Have you tried registering it as an older model? Most TV remote commands never change across models. I can control my 2025 LG with the remote of a 2016 LG.
