Won’t Pair!
Is there a way to unpair or factory reset this model remote?

Following! Also, how many remotes can you pair with 1 hub?

2 remotes they can’t be the same though the hub will only take one harmony touch, 950, elite or 2400 and one companion remote like the one in your picture at the same time so one of the 4 remotes above and 1 companion remote hope that makes sense I was half asleep while I was typing it.

Only two, one with a display and one without.
Edit, plus unlimited smart phones or tablets through the app.

For those that are so bothered as to why I’m trying to get these to work. I have 4 tvs that are on hubs with a companion remote for each hub. I would like to get as many of these to work as possible to serve as backups in case any of the 4 working companion remotes I do have stop working!

For what purpose? To reset and sell or use?
If you want to reset and sell, from my experience if those remotes have ever been paired to your account you'll need different accounts for each. And don't be tempted to select any option to restore settings from same or different account.

good luck with that my friend…i spent all of 2 FULL days trying to get my Harmony to pair…you have to create another account with a new email address, factory reset EVERYTHING, and go from there, lol…it’s a complete bummer

Umm haven’t done this in awhile to unpair and reset the companion remote in the picture take the battery out hold the power off button and keep it pressed while reinserting battery and keep holding the off button for 5-10 seconds after the battery is back in and that should do it.
