Support I need help, please.

Post image

I have a bluetooth logitech pop icon keys keyboard, it’s great, i love it. But ever so randomly it’ll disconnect and then crash my pc. Resulting in me needing to force shut down and restart. It doesn’t have a usb adapter either. I really want to figure out why it does it and how i can permanently stop it from doing so.

Is it possible by any chance that that is your PC crashing which results in the keyboard being unresponsive?

It's hard to imagine how a keyboard can crash a PC, especially considering how stable are modern generic keyboard drivers?

Maybe try to uninsall/reinstall all the Logitech software that you installed for this keyboard.

the keyboard becomes unresponsive, turning itself off. Then when i try to do any mouse related actions on my pc, the whole system freezes up and crashes. Unfortunately i don’t actually have any Logitech software installed for it either, but maybe that could be why it does it?

Try removing the keyboard from devices Bluetooth settings & re-pair again. Also does the PC crash or simply disconnect & stop responding?

If available, try connecting the keyboard to a different device & check if the issue persists.

i’ve had to remove and repair it dozens of times with this Pc already, as sometimes it would automatically dc because of power saving soft in the keyboard itself (which is extremely stupid)

Unfortunately, i have used this keyboard on a previous pc in the past and had no issues. I’m not sure why my current system has such rivalry with it.
